Entering Engraving Information

How do I enter engraving information for my award?

We know many of our customer don't know exactly what they'd like to say on their award and that's okay. Just tell us the basic information and we will come up with a design that will get your message just right.

Our professional Graphics Department will design the layout for you and e-mail you a free proof to approve before work begins on your Awards.

Here are a few of the informational elements included in a typical Award design.

Plaques, Crystal, Glass, & Acrylic Awards

Recipient/s Name
Recipient/s Title
Event Date
Event Name
Presenting Organization Name
Type of Award (eg. Retirement, Years of Service, Congratulations, Appreciation)

Medals and Trophies

Recipient/s Name
Event Date
Event Name
Presenting Organization Name

Example of an Order

If you have a large quantity of awards (more than 5) or if the engraving information is complex, please enter all your engraving information in a word document or PDF and upload it when ordering your award. If you will have your engraving information at a later date, please say so in the "Enter Engraving Information Here" text box and we will put your order on stand-by until we get your engraving information by e-mail at sales@totalrecognition.com
