How do I pay with a Check?

Please make payable to: Total Recognition, Inc.

Any customer can pay with a check. If you do not have terms with us, we will not begin processing your order until your check arrives. Please take note of our processing times and your event date if you wish to pay using this method.



I have Terms, can I check out on your site?

Yes! For customers who have established terms with us, please make that selection in the cart and checkout. We will process your order and email your invoice as usual.

How do I enter information for my award/s?

We know many of our customers don’t know exactly what they’d like to say on their award and that’s okay. Just tell us the basic information and we will come up with a design that will get your message just right. Our professional Graphics Department will design the layout for you and e-mail you a free proof, typically within 24-48 hours, to approve before work begins on your Awards.

Here are a few of the informational elements included in a typical Award design.

Can I place large orders with a lot of information and instructions?

Yes! If you have a large quantity of awards or if the engraving information is complex, please save all your engraving information in a Word document, notepad document or similar text editor and upload it when ordering your award or email it to us later. You can mention your intentions to send instructions in the notes section at checkout.

Logos and Artwork

The engraving or sandblasting of logos is included in the price of the award. Simply write the word “logo” on the line where you would like the logo engraved. Artwork must be sent in file formats that are acceptable for the graphics industry. These include all vector file types (images made up of lines) .pdf .cdr .eps .ai. If you do not have your logo in these file types, artwork charges may apply (jpgs and .gif file formats are low quality internet bitmap files, and generally would require some logo cleanup). This would be a one time set up fee and is usually $25 but can be more depending on the complexity of the logo. Your logo can be emailed to us for an accurate quote at:

Production Time?

Production time begins AFTER your approval of the artwork/layout. Art approvals are emailed within 24-48 hours of receipt of acceptable art. Please make sure you factor production time into your shipping method and share with us an accurate Event Date when placing your order. We will notify you by email if Event Date/s cannot be met.


Art Proofs
To ensure accuracy, typically within 24-48 hours, a proof for approval will be sent to the contact email address you provide for all orders that require personalization or customization of the product.
