We strive to ship within 48-72 hours following final Art approval. Please note that larger orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified if production time must be extended for any reason.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the options available for shipping.
Occasionally products may be out of inventory or back ordered. If this happens you will be notified immediately.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Many award items are permanently altered when engraved and therefore cannot be refunded. Other items may be personalized with a plate or label which can be removed and replaced. Call us to walk thru this process.
If the quality of the award/s is not as advertised on our site or if we make engraving mistakes, call us Toll Free at 1-810-278-0077 to begin a return, refund, or exchange process.
Every effort is made to ship packages that can withstand all the hazards of shipping and handling but on very rare occasions damage may still occur. Do not panic! We are here to help you! Follow these 2 simple steps…
1. Call us Toll Free at 1-810-278-0077 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may gather information and initiate a damage claim with our carrier.
2. If possible, take pictures of the damaged package and the damaged goods. This may be very helpful in speeding the process.
